BisonNet consists of compute nodes with numerous CPUs, large amounts of memory and graphics processing units (GPUs), as well as central data storage. The various components are connected via a high speed network, which allows the data to be transferred and shared quickly both on and off campus. BisonNet is now available to all faculty, staff and students, but you must contact us at bisonnet@bucknell.edu to set up your account.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

Please note that in order to use BisonNet, you either need to be on campus or connected to the Bucknell VPN.

Once you have an account, you can get started by reviewing the sections about the data storage, how to transfer and share data and how to run computing jobs.
